provide a brief overview of the Equality Act, focusing on a couple of issues that have already arisen;
review the notable cases of 2010 and some of the legislative proposals for 2011 (such as the maternity/paternity issue and the Employment Tribunal reforms);
provide an update on the Agency Workers Regulations that are coming out in October;
look at the abolition of the default retirement age.
