Richard Devall
Richard Devall joins IBB Solicitors from Pitmans LLP, and is a specialist in employment law and business immigration. Richard joins Justin Govier as partner in the employment team. With particular expertise in business immigration matters, Richard will enhance IBB’s international employment services including commercial inward investment in the UK, international employee transfers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and outsourcing arrangements.
Adam Dowdney
Adam Dowdney joins from Shoosmiths, as a partner in the corporate and commercial team, to work with team-head David Clark. Adam will strengthen the corporate and commercial offering at IBB and develop new M&A opportunities. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of corporate and corporate-finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and buyins, private-equity transactions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
