IBB's Client Bellway features on Grand Designs

In the episode of Grand Designs shown on Channel 4 on 18 October 2012, the conversion of the Water Tower into a residential dwelling on Bellway South East's site was featured. Vicky Stokes acted on the acquisition of the site some years back. The plot sales team acted on the sale of the units constructed by Bellway on this former hospital site. Shital Mehta acted for Bellway on the sale of the Water Tower to Leigh Osborne in 2010. Many other members of the team have also been involved over the years in aspects relating to this site.
