The partners and staff of IBB Solicitors are sad to announce the passing of David Silva, Head of Real Estate, on Wednesday 21st April.
David joined IBB in 1996, and was appointed Head of Real Estate in 2007. He was regarded as an expert by the leading legal directories, The Legal 500 and Chambers, and Legal Experts.
“David was a major contributor to IBB's success. Without him we would not have achieved as much as we have done. He was a first rate professional, had superb client skills and was a much valued partner. Our job now is to protect his legacy,” said Steven Booth, IBB’s Managing Partner.
Susan Mawson, Real Estate Partner, said: "David was at the heart of IBB's real estate practice. He has made it what it is. He will be greatly missed by clients, peers and colleagues who highly respected his advice and his company."
