Corporate partner fuels Commercial Services expansion

IBB Solicitors West London are pleased to welcome David Clark as a partner to its Corporate & Commercial team. David is a very experienced and highly regarded corporate/commercial lawyer.
David’s experience includes working in the City, industry and a leading regional practice. He brings particular expertise in corporate, finance, pensions and insolvency law and has advised on acquisitions with values of up to £100 million. David is also rated in the Chambers Directory of Legal Experts 2005 as a Leader in his Field.
Clients he has acted for include multinationals, governments and state organisations, charities and public and private companies, including Alliance Unichem plc, Bunzl plc, Dreams Plc, Highcroft Investments plc, Cegedim SA, BMW (GB) Limited, Bilfinger Berger UK Limited, BRE Limited, and Boehringer Ingleheim Limited.
