IBB Goes West with BAM Properties

IBB Solicitors Chesham continues to demonstrate the strength and depth of its commercial development practice with the completion of three major transactions for BAM Properties Limited over the last two weeks:
First: the exchange of a development agreement with Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc that sees BAM Properties Limited appointed to develop out and seek to let and sell new headquarters office buildings at Hempton Court, Aztec West, Bristol.
Secondly: the purchase of Glory Mill, Wooburn Green, High Wycombe for £12.6m,which will see a phased development comprising 197,000 square feet of offices with an end value of in excess of £75m.
Thirdly: the sale of the newly constructed Tower Wharf, Cheese Lane, Bristol headquarters building for over £28m.
