BLP Partner Boosts Real Estate Group

Vicky Stokes has become the tenth Partner in IBB Buckinghamshire Solicitors flourishing Real Estate group. She joins IBB from Berwin Leighton Paisner, where she was a Partner and will be working within the Commercial Development team.
She has acted for a broad range of real estate clients including commercial developers, institutions and property investment companies, with particular emphasis on investment transactions and mixed-use development schemes. She has acted for clients including Frontier Estates in connection with mixed-use schemes at The Hub, Milton Keynes, Comet Square, Hatfield and Whippendell Road, Watford. In particular Vicky deals with site assembly issues, funding, joint venture arrangements, estate management set-up, disposal and investment issues and legislative concerns peculiar to residential elements within mixed use schemes. She will continue to act for Frontier Estates, already a client of IBB's.
