IBB Completes £30m Funding of Radisson SAS Hotel

IBB Solicitors Uxbridge has recently completed the acquisition and funding of the Radisson Hotel at the South Block, Broad Quay development in Bristol (pictured) for a value of £30m, acting on behalf of evolve Fund Services.
The Radisson Hotel forms part of a mixed-use development including residential, retail and restaurants. IBB Solicitors in West London concluded documentation which enabled the hotel to be acquired and funded as part of a larger development. The property was acquired by evolve Fund Services via a Guernsey unit trust.
Head of Commercial Development at IBB, David Silva, comments, "This transaction highlights IBB's expertise in dealing with complex mixed-use schemes and the ability of the team to devise structures to facilitate the funding of the development."
