Construction Partner joins IBB's Commercial Property Group

Paul Brampton has become the eleventh partner in IBB's flourishing Commercial Property Group. He joins IBB West London Solicitors from Taylor Wessing and will be working within the Commercial Development and Construction Team.

Paul is a construction law specialist and has advised a wide spectrum of clients including major institutional lenders, developers, contractors, consultants, charities and individuals, operating in various sectors including the leisure, retail, health and public work sectors.

In addition to advising on the construction aspects of transactions, he is often consulted on issues which can arise during the course of building projects including crane oversailing rights, access, payment, termination and practical completion and acts for parties in adjudications, mediations, arbitrations and court proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court. He sits on the Committee of London Constructing Excellence Club, an organisation committed to promoting excellence in the construction industry.

Paul joins a team headed by David Silva, a leading individual in the field of commercial real estate development. He comments, "Paul's extensive construction experience will complement the expertise held within the Commercial Property Group. We welcome a lawyer of his calibre."
