IBB continues the growth of its Family department

IBB Solicitors has bolstered its Family department with the appointment of a new partner and head of the department, Richard Phillips, and a senior solicitor, Roopa Ahluwalia.
Richard joins from Irwin Mitchell and was previously the Head of Family at Matthew Arnold & Baldwin. He has over 18 years' experience in family law, particularly high-value cases and those with an international dimension. He is an accredited Mediator and specialist with Resolution. He is a Member of the Law Society Children Panel and the Family Law Panel.
Roopa joins from Taylor Walton LLP and has considerable experience representing clients in divorce and in ancillary relief proceedings, particularly high net worth clients in the UK and internationally. She is also experienced in dealing with complex children matters. She is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and Resolution.
