IBB strengthens dispute resolution team with appointment of Sarah Jackson

West London law firm IBB Solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Jackson as a Senior Solicitor in the firm’s leading Dispute Resolution Practice.

Sarah, who will be based at the firm’s Uxbridge office, joins from BP Collins.

Sarah is an experienced commercial litigator, who specialises in chancery litigation, predominantly involving the Companies Act and high value professional negligence actions involving solicitors, accountants and financial advisors. She also undertakes high value commercial litigation, partnership disputes and contractual claims.

Paul Kite, head of IBB’s Commercial Services Group and Dispute Resolution team said:

“I was delighted when Sarah approached IBB to join our Dispute Resolution team. As a provider of legal services to many of West London’s leading businesses, it is important that we continue to offer the best advice and maintain an exemplary service for our clients, in a way in which they value. Sarah’s arrival will only go to bolster our reputation as a major player in the region and a real alternative to the City firms”.

Sarah Jackson added:

“I am very excited to be joining such a highly regarded dispute resolution team as the one at IBB. It was clear to me from the outset that IBB has ambitions to grow and I am looking forward to playing my part in helping the firm to achieve these goals”.
