IBB Solicitors Expands In West London and South Bucks

Leading West London and South Buckinghamshire based law firm IBB Solicitors today announces a merger with Chalfont St Giles-based law firm Brown & Co as part of its expansion plans in the region.
Brown & Co was set up 40 years ago by Raymond Brown in Chalfont St Giles, and offers wills, trusts, probate and residential conveyancing legal services to the local community. The merger was completed today, 1 September 2011, and Brown & Co’s principal Ray Brown is now a Consultant at IBB Solicitors’ private client office in Chesham.
This merger follows Jeremy Gibbs, the principal of Jeremy Gibbs & Co, joining the firm as a consultant in the private client office earlier this summer. Jeremy had been running a practice in Amersham since 1979.
IBB Solicitors has been providing legal services for more than 200 years and offers a wide range of services to clients, their families and businesses in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties.
After 1 September all Brown & Co’s private client work will be dealt with at IBB Solicitors’ Chesham office. All other work (personal injury, road traffic actions, dispute resolution, commercial, real estate, childcare, employment and criminal defence) will be dealt with at IBB Solicitors’ Uxbridge office.
