Michelle specialises in personal injury claims with particular expertise in workplace accidents.

Michelle acts for claimants in industrial disease claims, predominantly for those with work related upper limb disorders including hand arm vibration syndrome, vibration white finger and noise induced hearing loss.  Michelle also has an interest in asbestos and mesothelioma claims.

Often in industrial disease claims, Michelle will deal with complex issues of evidence and liability - tracing employers and insurance companies, restoring companies, limitation arguments and causation issues.

Michelle also acts for claimants with multiple significant injuries, including head and spinal injuries, foot, ankle and hand injuries arising from accidents at work or in a public place.

Case Highlight: Michelle successfully secured £100,000 for a claimant with head injuries.

Memberships: Member of APIL and has received training with SIA.
