Profile

Nazir is a Litigation Executive in IBB's Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team.

Nazir is responsible for the day-to-day conduct of a number of personal injury matters, under supervision, which include accidents at work and claims against local authorities, such as tripping and slipping accidents on the highway. Nazir also assists with road traffic accidents and claims made to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) on behalf of victims of criminal assaults.

Nazir, together with other members of the Personal Injury Team, acts as the first point of contact for prospective clients making enquiries in relation to new claims.

Nazir is fluent in Punjabi and Urdu.

Education
Nazir graduated from Brunel University with an LLB (Hons) in Law in 2007 and completed the LPC at the College of Law, Bloomsbury, in June 2008 prior to beginning her position with IBB Solicitors.

Career Before coming to IBB, Nazir worked as a personal injury paralegal at Harris Cartier LLP, Slough, and as an outdoor clerk at McMillen Hamilton McCarthy Solicitors, Aldgate.
