Ian Barrows has overall responsibility for operational and strategic IT, ensuring there is a smooth and stable IT platform for end-users in IBB. As well as managing the IT budget, staff and their development, he also manages the external IT relationships with suppliers.
He is involved in developing and improving business processes across the firm, including practice management, support systems and financial processes. Ian researches the latest developments in IT software and infrastructure and analyses their suitability for firm. He is also responsible for the IT usage policy.
