Tara Flavin is currently a trainee solicitor in IBB's Employment team . Her previous seats were in the Commercial Real Estate, Criminal Defence and Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Teams.
Prior to becoming a trainee Tara was previously a Legal Administrator in IBB's real estate team providing support and assistance to the commercial property team.
Before joining IBB Tara worked at Mundays LLP in Surrey as a paralegal. She was based in their residential conveyancing department dealing with sales, purchases and re-mortgages in relation to freehold and leasehold properties.

Key dates: Tara graduated from University of the West of England, Bristol in 2006 with an LLB (Hons) in Law. She completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at City Law School, Inns of Court School of Law, London in 2007.
Career: Paralegal fee earner at Mundays LLP (Surrey) 2007; joined IBB in 2008.
