Robert is a litigation and dispute resolution solicitor in IBB's Commercial Dispute Resolution team. He specialises in general commercial disputes including claims for breach of contract and negligence.
A great deal of Robert’s time is spent advising on claims relating to intellectual property and information technology, including preparing and responding to applications for interim injunctions, where necessary.
Robert also has experience in the areas data protection and privacy, advising client’s on best practice and procedure, data outsourcing, subject access requests, defamation and breach of privacy claims, and the response to data security breaches, including conducting data security audits and advising on investigations and enforcement action taken by the ICO.
