Erica qualified in 2009 and is based in our Uxbridge office where she has worked since she joined our firm in September 2011. Erica is experienced in a range of contentious and non-contentious areas of employment law including advice on unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and TUPE. She assists employers with advice on one-off issues such as restructuring or redundancy procedures as well as ongoing advice on day-to-day HR issues.
Erica also advises employees on all employment matters including advice on compromise agreements, negotiation of exit packages and claims in the Employment Tribunal. Her experience also includes acting as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal.
Erica regularly presents at workshops and seminars on a variety of topics.
