Andrew Olins resolves disputes in relation to the buying and selling of development sites where overage provisions, covenants and easements are in issue. He also resolves landlord and tenant disputes including lease renewal proceedings; dilapidations claims; rent review disputes and other issues arising from substantial property portfolios.
Andrew has published various articles, particularly on landlord and tenant matters. He is a Professor of Land Law at Brunel University where he tutors third-year law undergraduates part-time. He is an ADR Group Accredited Mediator and is also a member of the Property Litigation Association. Andrew has been ranked as a leader in his field in the Chambers Directory 2011 where he is described as "impressively firm and resolute in his opinions, with a high success rate to match".
