Acted for Lands Improvement on the sale of Clanway farm, a 56 acre brownfield site with an end value of £84m. The former brickworks in Stoke on Trent has detailed planning permission for 395 residential units and a 'village' centre featuring shops and leisure facilities.

Acted for Bellway Homes Limited on the redevelopment of the St George's Tooting NHS healthcare workers accommodation in conjunction with Thames Valley Housing Association. The scheme comprises the demolition of existing halls of residence, the erection of 450 residential units and the provision of a day nursery shop and laundry.

Currently acting on a major economic environmental and social regeneration project to provide 650 dwellings, along with commercial, retail and healthcare facilities, local supporting services and infrastructure.
