Paul Kite is a partner in IBB's Commercial Dispute Resolution team and Head of the firm's wider Commercial Services Group. The dispute resolution team is recommended by The Legal 500 Directory as being in the first (top) tier for the region.
Paul has a wealth of experience in dealing with a broad range of commercial disputes and advising on related matters. His specialisms include advising upon complex commercial contracts and contractual claims, company shareholder issues and related disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, high value debt collection and insolvency. Paul has acted for clients in international litigation and is experienced in contentious probate claims and disputes involving trustees/executors.
Since 2006 Paul has been personally recommended in Chambers and Partners legal directory year on year as a leading individual in the field of commercial litigation and categorised as an "expert" in the Legal Experts directory.
