Richard is Head of Family Law. He deals with all areas of family law. He has particular experience dealing with middle to high asset cases, often with an International dimension. Richard is a qualified collaborative lawyer and a member of the Law Society’s accredited family law panel and the Law Society’s Children’s Panel. He is also an accredited specialist with Resolution (formerly SFLA) and has trained as a Mediator with them.
Richard qualified in 1991 and has worked at leading London practices as well as a leading regional firm before joining IBB. Richard lectures regularly and has appeared on television and been heard on national and local radio reporting on family law issues.
