Justin is the partner in charge of the employment team. Justin’s legal expertise and commercial advice mean that he has become a trusted business advisor to some of the region’s largest corporates.  He practises primarily on behalf of larger companies, providing general HR advice (performance management, equal opportunities), defending Employment Tribunal claims and advising on strategic decisions such as restructuring, redundancy and mergers. Justin also provides training to HR departments and management and is an experienced public speaker. Justin has been recommended in Chambers and Partners legal directory for a number of years.
