Vicky has acted for a broad range of real estate clients including commercial and mixed use developers, institutions, investment companies, charities and occupiers. In particular Vicky advises on development related issues, site assemblies, funding and joint venture arrangements, estate management set-ups, disposals and investments and landlord and tenant transactions. Vicky is a member of the Real Estate Charity Team and she advises a number of charity clients on all property related matters.
Deal highlights
- Acting for Frontier Estates in conjunction with English Partnerships in relation to a 7.5 acre high density mixed use scheme at The Hub, central Milton Keynes, comprising 2 hotels, 5 mixed use buildings, 54,000 square feet of offices and a World Trade Centre.
- Acting for Frontier Estates and Thistle Land in relation to a 16 acre mixed-use scheme at Comet Square, Hatfield comprising 435,000 square feet of mixed-use (incorporating retail, crèche and doctor’s surgery), a hotel, public house, nursing home and restaurant site.
- Acting for a large city developer in relation to a landmark building constructed on behalf of a large city university at Drury Lane comprising 169 units of occupation together with ancillary educations and amenity accommodation.
