Jon Mowbray specialises in all aspects of commercial property litigation including sale/purchase and joint venture disputes, dilapidations, break clauses, rights of way, construction of leases, rent review, service charge disputes and business lease renewals. Jon has expertise in acting upon heavyweight property disputes worth up to £30 million. He is an ADR Group Accredited Mediator and aims to resolve disputes as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Jon is a member of the Property Litigation Association and regularly writes for legal publications.
