Profile

Sally is a senior solicitor specialising in personal injury claims with particular expertise in work place accidents.

During her time at IBB Sally has had exposure to asbestos related claims, baker’s asthma, RSI, fatal road traffic accidents, chemical burns, and chemical desensitisation claims.

Prior to joining IBB Sally was a Partner at Charsley Harrison Solicitors where she handled complex claims involving head injuries, DVTs, and chemical poisoning. In addition to her personal injury work, Sally had a thriving clinical negligence caseload at that time.

Case highlights
Sally’s most notable case involved acting against a care home where nine residents died following the ingestion of dishwasher fluid. The case was covered in the national newspapers and on television.  The case also generated magazine interest where Sally had to negotiate terms to protect the families involved.

The highest award of damages that Sally has secured thus far is £300,000.00 for a brain injured client.
