Shital is a highly experienced lawyer specialising in all aspects of residential property acquisitions and disposals including bespoke transaction structures, equity release schemes, residential development projects, high value (“premium”) tenancy agreements and lease extensions.  She has advised on multi million pound transaction values acting for both private individual and corporate developer clients in the course of which she has become known for her attention to detail and adopting an uncompromisingly firm (but fair) approach in securing the best outcomes for her clients.

Transactional experience:

  • Advising on the acquisition and disposal of large value and large volume freehold/ground rent and leasehold property portfolios.
  • Advising a fully listed client in connection with large value residential development projects from set up to large volume plot sales.
  • Advising a wide range of other developer clients in connection with residential development projects from set up to plot sales to freehold disposal.
  • Advising regularly on high value residential freehold and leasehold property transactions of all types.
