Nicola Powell handles all aspect of employment law with a focus on advising businesses on employment matters and providing corporate transaction support on mergers, acquisitions and MBOs. Her experience includes Employment Tribunal advocacy, employer litigation, drafting employment contracts and advising businesses on day-to-day HR issues, strategic re-organisation and the drafting of internal policies.
