Walter specialises in all aspects of property and landlord and tenant related litigation and advice. He handles a wide range of both commercial and residential property disputes from commercial lease renewals, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, easements to leasehold extensions and service charge disputes. He also undertakes related professional negligence matters and insolvency issues.
