Catherine Davern practises in all areas of children's law with particular experience in public law care proceedings. She also represents parents within private law disputes concerning residence and contact. Catherine is experienced in rule 9.5 appointments and has acted for parents in child abduction cases. She is a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children and on the Law Society's Children Panel.
