Ross has many years’ experience in commercial development. He acts for major commercial property developers such as Frontier Estates Limited and Turnstone Estates Limited. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law.

He advises a broad range of clients on their construction requirements, including both commercial and residential developers such as Mantle Estates Limited, Collins Stewart Property Fund Management Limited and Bellway Homes Limited.

Advice to institutional lenders includes Allied Irish Bank (GB) and Yorkshire/Clydesdale Bank as well as providing advice to investment funds such as evolve Fund Services limited.
