If there are problems during the course of a project, for example in relation to payment, access, termination, defects, performance testing and practical completion, we aim to provide no-nonsense solutions so that our clients can continue their business with the minimum of risk, and without unwelcome cost and disruption.

We will often assist our clients from behind the scenes to prevent problems from turning into full blown disputes. Our experience demonstrates that clients benefit from involving us early, as this can help them to formulate their tactics, and operate their contracts properly (by for example giving the correct notices and satisfying conditions precedent) so as not to prejudice their position if proceedings become unavoidable.
