IBB’s New Homes Division advises residential developers on and drafts documentation for the disposal and future management of complex and substantial completed developments.
We typically handle the sale of some 700 new build dwellings in each year. These tend to be spread over 10 to 15 sites in the South East (including the London area), comprising freehold and leasehold units.
We are used to working to developers’ absolute deadlines and targets and to managing peaks in workflows.
A significant proportion of sales have been to the investor market and that trend is re-emerging with two bulk sales of completed units to investors now in progress.
We also have considerable experience of selling off-plan.
