Costs
In over 90% of cases we handle, the other side pays our costs. In most cases there is no deduction from your compensation. However, if there has to be a financial deduction from your compensation, we tell you in advance. We aim to ensure there are no surprises.
If you have the benefit of legal expenses insurance then we will liaise with insurers on your behalf to ensure you can take advantage of that cover.
When should you claim?
Broadly speaking, a claimant will have 3 years from the date of the accident giving rise to the injury in which to bring a claim. There are, however, a number of exceptions to this rule.
