- An expert team - Our team is led by three senior charity law practitioners. While each member of the team specialises in charity law, they each come from different disciplines (property law and trusts, corporate and dispute resolution). This provides the team with an extensive skills base and means that the combined team is perfectly placed to understand and provide a full range of services to charity clients.
The core team is also supported by a cross-departmental team of partners and junior lawyers in other departments around the firm including real estate, finance, construction, employment, dispute resolution, child protection, fraud, commercial and intellectual property and estate management, trusts and taxation.
