The selection process is rigorous and competitive but fair and provides a good opportunity for both the candidate and IBB to find out more about one another.
It is a rigorous procedure, but those who get through it know us well enough to know if we are the right firm for them.
Periods of Recognised Training at IBB Solicitors
IBB are looking to recruit a number of Trainee Solicitors to commence Periods of Recognised Training with the firm in 2021. IBB are seeking bright and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about the law and shaping the legal profession of the future.

Applications for Periods of Recognised Training commencing in Autumn 2021 are currently being accepted by the firm until Friday 23 August 2019 (inclusive). All applicants who want to apply for a Trainee Solicitor opportunity are required to submit a covering letter and CV via the firm’s career webpage.
As part of the selection process candidates shortlisted on the strength of their applications will be required to complete numeric and verbal reasoning assessments in addition to attending an interview at one of the firm’s offices. Interviews will be held during August 2019 and outcomes of the selection process will be communicated in early September 2019.
