The “Fit and Proper Test” is coming – Are you ready?

On 1 July 2021 new Regulations are coming into force which require the owners of residential caravan parks in England to apply to their local authorities by 1 October 2021 to be registered as a “fit and proper person”. It is important that all residential park owners understand how to deal with these new Regulations as there are severe penalties for non-compliance, which could include substantial fines or even having your site licence revoked.
