IBB Solicitors Has Been Nominated for Law Firm of the Year: Thames Valley Deals Awards 2018

IBB Solicitors is delighted to be have been nominated for Law Firm of the Year at the Thames Valley Deals Awards 2018.

Staged by The Business Magazine, the awards are heralded as the leading event in the region’s corporate finance calendar and showcases the best in the business – from private equity investors, accountants, financial advisors, bankers, and of course, lawyers. Around 350 dealmakers will be in attendance, and the shortlists have been carefully drawn together from over 600 applications.

The Law Firm of the Year award recognises the stand-out law firm for deals in the region, with IBB Solicitors winning acclaim for its work on a variety of deals, demonstrating an experienced, transactional team with full-service support. We consistently embody our vision “to make the law work by understanding our client’s needs, and delivering bolder, brighter, better solutions”. Being shortlisted for this award recognises the quality of our client-focused solutions and commercial awareness.

This nomination is also further recognition of how we stand out from other legal advisors on the basis of: transparency of fees, the strength of our cross service offering and transaction experience, and the experience of our Corporate and Commercial team including Adam Dowdney, David Clark, Harriet Jones  and Michelle Waligora.

IBB Solicitors is also proudly sponsoring the Young Dealmaker of the Year award at this year’s ceremony, which celebrates the up-and-coming dealmakers (under 35) who are making their mark in the region. The award can go to a corporate finance advisor, banker, lawyer, or private equity funder.

The awards will be taking place in a show of glitz and glamour at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre on Thursday, April 19, 2018, for what promises to be a highly rewarding and entertaining evening.
