IBB Solicitors Advises on the Sale of Shares in G2E Management Limited

Harriet Jones, a Partner in IBB’s Commercial and Corporate team, recently advised the shareholders of G2E Management Limited on the sale of the entire issued share capital to TMD Technologies Limited.

G2E Management is the parent company of G2 Engineering Limited – a specialist hi-tech microwave design and manufacturing company which was set up 18 years ago by the selling shareholders, including Louis Rodriguez who remains involved in the business as it continues to develop, design and manufacture a range of radar transponders and support equipment for applications that include missiles and manned aircraft.

The IBB Team advising the shareholders was led by Harriet Jones, Corporate and Commercial Senior Solicitor, and included Richard Devall, Employment Partner.

TMD Technologies Limited was advised by B P Collins LLP.

Commenting on the deal, Harriet, said:
