Aideen McGarry


Aideen is a solicitor based in IBB’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team.

Aideen has experience working on high-value clinical negligence and personal injury claims. Aideen has worked on claims against the NHS, including a multimillion-pound dispute. On the personal injury side, Aideen has worked on complex brain injury cases and historic abuse claims. Aideen also gained experience in employer’s liability and industrial disease claims.

Aideen trained at IBB Solicitors and undertook seats in the New Homes, Family and Corporate and Commercial teams, qualifying into the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team in 2017.

Career:  Prior to joining IBB, Aideen worked as a legal administrator in David Conway & Co, a niche law firm in the West End where she assisted the principal of the firm with high value commercial and residential transactions with a particular emphasis on leasehold enfranchisement.
