Anmol Bamrah


Anmol joined IBB in 2019 as a specialist property solicitor in the New Homes Team, having trained and qualified in a regional firm. Anmol completed his first seat in the Residential Property department. Here, he assisted with sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold residential properties.

Anmol completed his second seat in the Commercial Property department. Here, he acted for both landlords and tenants assisting with the grant of new leases and assignments. He also assisted with commercial conveyancing, refinancing, asset/share purchases and sales, loan agreements and bridging loans.  

Anmol completed his third seat in the New Build department. Here, he assisted with plot purchases whilst adhering to strict exchange deadlines, assignments and dealing with Help to Buy mortgages.

Anmol completed his final seat in the Crime and Extradition department. Here, he assisted with a variety of criminal cases and was regularly involved in more complex and high profile extradition cases with a particular focus on Human Rights arguments. 

Key dates:  LLB (Hons) 2:1 Brunel University (2010); Legal Practice Course, BPP Law School (2014) (Distinction); qualified as a solicitor in March 2019.

Career: Prior to joining IBB Solicitors, Anmol trained at McMillan Williams Solicitors.
