Azra Yousuf

Trainee Solicitor

Azra is a first-year Trainee Solicitor currently working in the Wills, Trust and Probate team. Here she assists with Will drafting, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.  

Azra completed her first seat in IBB’s Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. Here, she assisted on a variety of disputes over residential and commercial properties, including boundary disputes and general landlord and tenant disputes as well as disputes relating to: restrictive covenants, rights of way, dilapidations, trespass, adverse possession, evictions, rent arrears and lease renewals.

Career: Prior to joining IBB, Azra worked as an in-house Paralegal at Euro Car Parts Limited, where she managed her own portfolio of litigious claims. Here she also gained experience in Commercial Property, Intellectual Property, Employment and Corporate law leading her to deal with lease renewals and IP infringements as well as engage in the drafting and negotiating of settlement agreements and commercial contracts.

Education: LPC, BPP 2016 (Distinction); LLB, De Montfort University, Leicester 2014 (Second Class, Upper Division)
