Bradley is a second-year trainee solicitor, currently undertaking his final seat in IBB Law LLP’s Construction and Engineering team. In this role, Bradley assists the team across the broad range of legal services the team provides, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
On the contentious side, Bradley assists with claims under the Pre-Action Protocols and those which go forward to Court proceedings, as well as claims brought under forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and adjudication.
Bradley also assists with non-contentious work such as advising on construction and engineering documentation including the drafting and negotiation of building contracts and professional appointments.
In his previous seats, Bradley was in IBB’s Corporate & Commercial team assisting with business acquisitions/disposals and corporate restructuring, and also spent a year in IBB’s Family & Matrimonial team dealing with divorce and financial proceedings and contentious probate matters.
Prior to Bradley commencing his training contract with the firm, he also worked as a Risk & Compliance Assistant within the Risk & Compliance team at IBB where he assisted with a wide range of compliance and regulatory matters and maintaining the firm’s accreditations for ISO9001, Lexcel, Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and the Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS).
Bradley studied Law (LLB) at the University of Hertfordshire (First Class) and later went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law, Business and Management (Distinction) at the University of Law in Bloomsbury.
