David has particular expertise in corporate, finance, pensions and insolvency law and has advised on transactions with values of up to £100 million. His clients have ranged from start-up companies to large institutions including UK and overseas private and public companies, as well as governments and state trading agencies.   • Acquisitions of companies for overseas quoted client in the data sector, value of over £25 million

  • Advising UK of US multinational on repayment of loan stock, associated dividers and clearance from Pensions Regulator with value of £44 million
  • Advising management on secondary MBO, transaction value £20 million
  • Advising FTSE 100 company on several outsourcing transactions
  • Advising major charity on various outsourcing agreements in educational sector
