Gary Bunce

Gary Bunce is the Head of our Residential Conveyancing Team.

Before joining IBB, Gary was the Principal of property specialist firm Bunce Solicitors. He has worked in the property industry since 1988 and started his career working for Woolwich Building Society – Property Services Division.

As a solicitor, he has undertaken both Commercial and Residential Property transactions. With a City and West End background he has a reputation for providing a high-quality service to his clients. As a result, all his clients are recommended to him by other clients or his contacts within the property sector.

Gary has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters. Since 2003 Gary decided to focus exclusively on Residential Property matters and covers all aspects of work in this area acting for high net worth clients, high profile clients and investment companies in all their property requirements. As well as dealing with the more standard conveyancing transactions, Gary also deals with large country Estates with agricultural land, sales of development land dealing with option agreements and conditional contracts, matrimonial property transfers, relocation matters for businesses, defective title resolution, sales of part, private bank security matters, overage provisions, lost title deeds applications, deeds of easements, deeds of rectification, deeds of variation,  unregistered title matters, statutory and non-statutory lease extensions, acting for landlords for their portfolio management requirements, leasehold enfranchisement matters and generally deals with more complex and high value transactions.

Gary is also the SRO for the firm’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme Accreditation.
