Helen Young

Helen Young is an Associate within the Residential Conveyancing team.

Helen deals with all aspects of property law including Sales, Purchases, Leasehold, Freehold, New Build, New Leases, Shared Ownership, Staircasing, Help to buy, Right to buy, Transfers of Equity, Re-mortgages, Statutory and Voluntary Lease Extensions acting for leaseholders and for Landlords, Auction sales/purchases, Buy to let, Transfer of Part, Licence to sublet, Licences for alterations and buybacks.

Helen’s experience in property law has been wide ranging and includes having spent several years working in a specialist New Build team, working in a Real Estate Team in the City drafting bespoke transfers, contracts and other deeds and advising clients on amending lease plans and working in a central London boutique firm dealing with HNW and International clients.
