Jasmin has in-depth experience in employment tribunal litigation, as well as litigation in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court. She has advised and litigated on complex issues, including restrictive covenants, multiple discrimination claims, whistleblowing and TUPE. Jasmin understands the importance of dispute resolution and uses her commercial acumen to explore the potential options best suited to her client.
