Jeenna Atwal

Trainee Solicitor

Jeenna is a fourth seat trainee in IBB’s Corporate and Commercial Team.  Here she assists with share and business acquisitions and disposals of all sizes, business structures for companies (including shareholder arrangements) and partnerships, general company and partnership matters.

IBB’s Residential Development Department . Here, she assists in the drafting and negotiating of infrastructure and utility agreements

Jeenna completed her first seat in IBB’s Wills, Trusts and Probate team where she assisted with Will drafting, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney, Probate and the administration of estates and Court of Protection matters. 

Jeenna then moved on to our Real Estate Dispute Resolution team where she assisted on a variety of disputes over residential and commercial properties, including boundary disputes and general landlord and tenant disputes as well as disputes relating to: restrictive covenants, rights of way, dilapidations, trespass, adverse possession, evictions, rent arrears and lease renewals.  Her third seat was with IBB’s Residential Development where she assisted in the drafting and negotiating of infrastructure and utility agreements. 

Career: Prior to joining IBB Solicitors, Jeenna worked at Taylor Wessing LLP as a Paralegal in their Real Estate department where she worked on a variety of sales, purchases and leases, including large portfolio sales.  Previously, Jeenna worked as Legal Advisor for Right Management in Hampshire where she advised individuals and company managers on a wide range of legal topics, building up her experience across various sectors.

Education: Jeenna graduated from the University of Southampton in 2007 with an LLB (Hons).  She then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (Guildford)
