Jon Mowbray
Jon Mowbray leads IBB’s Real Estate Group. Jon specialises in all aspects of commercial property litigation including sale/purchase and joint venture disputes, dilapidations, break clauses, rights of way, construction of leases, rent review, service charge disputes and business lease renewals.
Jon has expertise in acting upon heavyweight property disputes worth up to £30 million. He is an ADR Group Accredited Mediator and aims to resolve disputes as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Jon is also regularly instructed in relation to matters concerning the HS2 rail line.
Jon is a member of the Property Litigation Association and regularly writes for legal and property sector publications.
