Karen qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011 and has specialised in Real Estate and residential development sales including ancillary aspects and part exchanges acting for large national house building companies and smaller niche developers.
Karen also has experience in mixed use sites, s278 agreements and stopping up procedure including advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court.
